The 2025 Indigenous Milk Medicine Conference will be held during the annual Indigenous Milk Medicine Week- August 8–14, 2025.

In celebration of Milk Medicine Week, we invite you to move in a way that feels good to you- walk, jog, stretch, or run. However you move, do so with intention, joy, and connection. Movement activities will continue throughout the weekend, with more details to come. Time: You can participate at any time throughout the day, alongside family, friends, or colleagues. Don't forget to share a photo of your participation in this year's virtual 5K on social media and use our hashtag!
